            Materials:
 
            2 yards ribbon, cord or plastic lacing
            1 key ring or lanyard hook
            59 black pony beads
            36 white pony beads
            Black sharpie marker for drawing on eyes.  Or just cut out and glue on the eyes provided.



            Materials for Tail:

            1 yard ribbon, cord or plastic lacing
            25 black pony beads
            21 white pony beads

            Special Instructions:  For making the tail, insert the 1 yard of cord through the two white beads on the body marked with stars. 
            Make sure that the strands are even.  Follow the pattern for the tail and tie a knot. Note: This pattern can be made with or without the tail.
