designed by Evelyn McDermand

            Materials:

2˝  yards ribbon, cord or plastic lacing
1 key ring or lanyard hook
            73 lavender pony beads
            5 purple pony beads
            1 pink pony bead
Black sharpie marker or craft paint pen for drawing on eyes and mouth.

Special Instructions:  Pay close attention to the string path when making the and the back legs and tail.  When making this pattern, complete
the third row from the bottom. For help with the legs: Step 1-Using one strand, you lace on 5 beads for the front paws and go back through 2
beads, then back through two beads of the third row from the bottom.  Using the same strand, lace on 8 beads and follow the string path for the
back leg.  Repeat the entire step for the other side.  Once the back legs are complete, with each strand, go back through the third row from the
bottom, having the strands coming out of the middle bead.  Lace on 7 beads in the usual manner for the tail, and tie a knot.
