Materials:
2 ˝ yards ribbon, cord or
plastic lacing
1 key ring or lanyard hook
36 translucent aqua or light
blue pony beads
(I used a color called
seamist)
31 ivory or cream pony beads
22 green pony beads
12 yellow pony beads
2 black pony beads
Special Instructions: The
first set of wings are made using one strand on each side after
the row of 2 ivory beads (the neck). Complete the next row of 4
beads (body). Next make the second set of wings and continue with
the pattern. Pay close attention to the feet.
After the row with 2
beads of the legs, use one strand to add on an ivory and a green
bead. Go back through the ivory bead and do the same for the
other strand. Finish by weaving the right strand through the
ivory bead on the left side and the left strand through the
right
ivory bead. Tie knots.
